• No Banned Users: Individuals banned from our Services cannot create new accounts to bypass restrictions.

• Violate Discord's Rules: Using our bot to harass, spam, or violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, modify, or extract code from our services.
• Abuse API Limits: Excessive command spamming or automated abuse of features.
• Harmful Content: Using the bot to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be an official representative of our team.
• Data Scraping: Automated collection of user data through our services without consent.

Ophelia 💅🏻 runs on a minimal-data philosophy — we only collect what the features you enable actually need, and nothing more:

User Data

Your Discord ID, username, and avatar — used for login, profiles, and personalization.

Usage Data

XP levels, coins, and activity stats for the leveling & economy features you enable.

Server Data

Only your server's ID and its configuration settings — never channel names or member lists.

AI Chat Memory

Important facts you choose to share with the AI are remembered for smarter replies — stored securely in Supabase.

• Uptime Not Guaranteed: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, maintenance and outages may occur without prior notice.
• Feature Availability: Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
• Rate Limits: Some commands have cooldowns to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage.
• No Liability: We are not responsible for actions taken based on bot responses or any damages resulting from service use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or abuse the system
• Harassment of team members or other users
• Repeated violations after warnings
